HavenCo has a policy of standardized, published prices for service offerings.
We feel this is the fairest way to price services, and allows potential
clients to easily evaluate our services alongside other providers. If you
have any questions regarding this rate sheet, or wish to place an order,
please contact [email protected].
Several of our product offerings are provided by technology or services
partners, using Sealand and HavenCo's colocation facility as infrastructure.
If you would be interested having your product, built using HavenCo services
as a component, to our customers, please contact [email protected]. Specifically,
we would be interested in value-added offerings such as turnkey gaming
packages, mail servers, systems administration services, and distributed
applications.
| Colocation |
For organizations with their own systems administration staff, or who wish to
purchase services a la carte, HavenCo offers a bare-bones managed
colocation package for individual servers. Customers are provided with a
machine configured with their choice of OS and remote access software (VNC
or SSH), and remote management tools (bandwidth statistics,
trouble reporting), but in-depth systems administration is the customer's own
responsibility. Servers include 256Kbps of bandwidth and 5 IP addresses.

| Managed Servers |
Managed servers get priority and in-depth
systems administration support. Hardware may be purchased from HavenCo, or
we can provide a standard 1U or 2U server owned by HavenCo as part of the
package. Managed servers include up to 5 hours/month of systems
administration support, and 512Kbps of internet
bandwidth. This service also includes 30GB of disk backup on our backup
servers. Server also includes 1 block of 14 IP addresses, backup
DNS and MX, and an SSL server certificate.

Our least expensive co-location hosting package uses the Sun Fire V100 with integrated
lights-out management. With hardware purchased from HavenCo, we offer
monthly colocation and bandwidth (128Kbps) at an attractive price.
